Monday night was a good night to enjoy the sweet soulful sound of Lalah Hathaway and Terri Lyne Carrington’s, Live performance at the Legendary Ashford and Simpson Sugar Bar in NYC.  As the media and special guest were seated before the performance, Lalah Hathaway and Terri Lyne Carrington mingled and  greeted everyone, before  they premiered their videos as, well as performing live in the flesh.  Once the show was ready to begin ,many had the privilege of seeing Lalah performed her version of ” Little Ghetto Boy”, which was an original from her late and great father Donnie Hathaway.  Once, both ladies performed and blew the crowd away,  Valerie Ashford, ended the night, by giving a special speech, about supporting good music and these two women projects.  Here are some pictures to recap the evening, along with Lalah’s performance of her new single ” Little Ghetto Boy”.
