Katy Perry Only Rocks Cotton Candy Clouds

        Yesterday, during her live Ustream announcement,  Katy Perry announced the lay out of her new album ” Teenage Dream ” and guess what, she is only rocking cotton candy clouds to cover her.  If you haven’t cought her video ” California Gurls”, which features  Snoop Dog,  you should definently check it out, because Perry rocks various candy outfits , which makes the video fun to watch;  but then again if you have somebody like Snoop raping on a song like ” California Gurls” why wouldn’t you want to watch it.   Here is the album cover she released on UStream along with her latest video!!  By the way, the album will be released on August 24th!
