I am so excited about this new Disney film and the fact that they created the first black princess, but my question to Disney is why couldn’t the prince be black also?

     Today there are 500,000 North Americans that are affected by this damaging disease called Dystonia.  Dystonia is a neurological muscle disorder that causes painful and uncontrollable muscle spasms in one or more parts of the human body.   This disease  is not widely known, but many people suffer  more with Dystonia than the Lou Gehrig’s,  Dystrophy and the Herrington Disease alone. 

Now to give  you a full description, Dystonia affects  adults and children.  Some of the body parts that Dystonia can severely damage  are as listed: The throat, face, eye lids, arms, torso and legs.  So everyone, please be more aware and educate yourself.  The insane part about this disease is that when I found this clip I thought that this was a Hoax and that something like this was physically impossible, but it turned out to be true for this 25-year-old young woman by the name of Desire Jennings. 

     Jermaine Dupri has caught a bug and it’s not the swine flu.  It’s his new line of watches that he has created called ” NU POP.”  Last night in ATL, Jermaine hosted the Lauch party for the NU POP MOVEMENT and of course some of his friends  came out to suppot.  Teyana Taylor, Monica, Big Boy, Eva Pigford and many more.   These watches are definently funky and fun.  I am really feeling them,  so check them out and see what you think!

1. Sticky Notes around the bedroom of  your loved one stating every quality that you admire about them.

2. Cooking their favorite meal and suprising he or she at their favorite landmark with a picnic.  Example:  Their favorite park that they like to go to.

3. Going to the beach and bringing a small boombox that contains a CD with your favorite song that describe how you feel about  yours truly and dance under the moonlight.

4. Go to the place that you first met and write a  poem about how you felt the first time that you met yours truly at that particular spot.

5.  surprise yours truly  by decorating his or hers room with candles from around the house and give them a full body massage.
