SEN. EDWARD KENNEDY DIES

Senator Edward”Ted” Kennedy died at the age of 77 after battling brain cancer. Edward Kennedy, the brother of President John F. Kennedy and Senator Robert Kennedy became one of the most influential people in our governement.
In his years of service he has helped passed many laws today that have affected many citizens of the united states. Some of the laws that he help contribute in passing were: Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Voting Rights Act of 1965, the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act and the 1993 Family and Medical Leave Act.
Overall, Senator Edward Kennedy had a major influence in our country and our lives and may god bless him and his mourning family that he is survived by.
BRIAN MCKNIGHT’S NEW ALBUM

Brian McKnight is on a roll again with his 11th studio album, Evolution Of A Man. His album has been pushed back to be released October 13th. The single that has been released from this album is called ” Wha’t I’ve Been Waiting For”. Can’t wait to hear the full ablum since he has collaborations with Jill Scott and Stevie Wonder.
BARBADOS HONOR’S THEIR ANCESTORS

Bridgetown, Barbados pays homage to their African Ancestors yesterday, because over two-million Africans were brought over to Barbados during the Bristish Trans-Atlantic slave trade. To remember their ancestors the Prime Ministers of Barbados, David Thompson, reveiled a plaque to pay tribute to the 200 year abolition tragedy.
